Recipe: Chicken Kebab in Apricot Prune Sauce

  • Toss 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thigs in 1/4 c. Apricot and Prune Sauce

  • Place chicken onto water-soaked wooden skewers, alternating with large chopped onions and red bell peppers cubes

  • Grill on medium for about 8 minutes on each side
