The most basic of Moroccan sauces, this lays the foundation when creating a simple, exotic dish.

Ingredients: tomato puree, ground tomatoes, onions, garlic, fresh parsley, dry parsley, ras-el-hanout, canola oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt

Recipe: Easy Chicken and Spinach Tagine:

Warm 1 Tbsp. olive oil in medium saute pan. Add 2 lb. chicken breast chunks; cook at medium for 5 minutes. Add 1/4 c. Tomato Chermoula Cooking Sauce, 1/2 c. spinach, and 10 black olives, simmer for 15 minutes.
