A perfect balance of soft sweetness and a burst of savory, this sauce can be used as a marinade before cooking or to toss and saute with meats, seafood and vegetables.

Ingredients: Apricots, prunes, raisins, water, tomato puree, red wine vinegar, honey, canola oil, garlic, ras-el-hanout, fresh parsley, salt.

Recipe: Chicken Kebab in Apricot Prune Sauce

Toss 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thigs in 1/4 c. Apricot and Prune Sauce. Thread chicken onto water-soaked wooden skewers, alternating with large chopped onions and red bell peppers cubes. Grill on medium for about 8 minutes on each side.
